    【摘要】目的探讨输卵管卵巢囊肿的超声声像图表现及诊断价值。方法对31例病理结果证实为输卵管卵巢囊肿患者的声像图资料进行回顾性分析,总结超声诊断与病理诊断的符合情况。结果超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为387%(12/31)，误诊率为613%(19/31)。结论输卵管卵巢囊肿超声声像图上有一定特征，需结合临床表现提高对其声像图的认识，降低误诊率。【关键词】输卵管卵巢囊肿；超声诊断；病理
