基层医院开展导乐分娩的管理方法探讨(1)
作者单位：621000 四川省绵阳市人民医院通讯作者：黄海燕【摘要】目的探讨基层医院开展导乐分娩的管理方法，进一步推动产科特色科室的发展。方法通过多种方式、多种渠道加大宣传力度，建立健全科室管理制度，合理配置人员，强化培训，加强环节质量控制，提供保障支持，优化环境，以孕产妇为中心，保护、支持和促进自然分娩。结果在有效实施以上措施，加强对导乐分娩的管理措施后，提高了产科服务水平，降低了剖宫产率，增加了社会、经济效益和产妇的分娩顺从性。结论导乐分娩是一种安全、有效、产妇痛苦少、顺从性高、值得推广的分娩模式。【关键词】基层医院；导乐分娩；管理方法
