氟比洛芬酯联合止血带用于减轻丙泊酚注射痛的效果观察

【摘要】目的探讨氟比洛芬酯联合止血带用于减轻丙泊酚注射痛的临床价值。方法120例ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ级需采用丙泊酚注射液诱导全麻患者，按入院的先后顺序随机分成观察组与对照组，每组60例。在注射丙泊酚前2 min，观察组静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50 mg的同时采用止血带阻断静脉2 min；对照组静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50 mg，未采用止血带阻断血管。接着注射丙泊酚05 mg/kg，通过4点口述评定量表(VRS)评估丙泊酚注射痛的发生率及程度。结果观察组的VRS及疼痛发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<005)。结论氟比洛芬酯联合止血带能有效减轻丙泊酚注射痛，优于单用氟比洛芬酯，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】氟比洛芬酯；止血带；丙泊酚；注射痛
