无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤的单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗,颈椎管狭窄,后路单开门椎管扩大成形术
作者单位：529300 广东省开平市中心医院通讯作者：李振科【摘要】目的探讨无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤的后路单开门椎管扩大成形术的治疗方法及疗效。方法根据影像学表现，对23例伴有颈椎退行性改变、椎管狭窄的无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤患者均采用颈后路C3~7单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗。结果本组23例患者术后Frankel分级较术前明显改善，临床效果满意。结论采用颈后路C3~7单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗伴有颈椎管狭窄的无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤手术操作不复杂，椎管减压充分，手术并发症出现少，是一种有效治疗的方法。【关键词】无骨折脱位型颈脊髓损伤；颈椎管狭窄；后路单开门椎管扩大成形术
