亚低温在重型颅脑损伤患者中的应用及护理(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨亚低温对重型颅脑损伤的临床效果及相应的护理措施。方法 将73例重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为亚低温组36例和对照组37例。对照组给予常规治疗，亚低温组在此基础上加用亚低温治疗。结果 亚低温组体温<38.5 ℃的比率明显高于对照组，而>38.5 ℃的比率则明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。亚低温组6个月后恢复良好率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，而重残以上的比率则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在常规治疗的基础上，采用亚低温治疗能有效改善重型颅脑损伤患者的预后，而严密监测和精心护理是保证亚低温成功实施的关键。
