麻仁软胶囊和果导片治疗老年功能性便秘比较

【摘要】 目的 对比分析麻仁软胶囊和果导片治疗老年功能性便秘临床效果。方法 笔者所在医院2009年2月～2011年3月收治的90例老年功能性便秘患者，将其随机分为两组，A组45例服用麻仁软胶囊组，B组45例服用果导片。观察并记录患者的便秘改善情况以及服药后反应。结果 治疗后A组大便异常分数明显低于B组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组和B组的治疗总有效率分别为88.9%和60%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 麻仁软胶囊在治疗老年功能性便秘上效果比果导片好，可以在临床用药中推广。
