【摘要】 目的 探讨LEEP刀宫颈环形电切术在宫颈上皮内瘤变治疗中的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析笔者所在医院2010年9月～2011年11月117例宫颈上皮内瘤变CINⅠ～Ⅲ级患者应用LEEP刀环形切除术治疗的临床疗效及病理检查结果。结果 阴道镜下多点活检与LEEP病理检查完全相符者占78.6%(92/117)，治愈率为95.7%(112/117)。结论 LEEP刀切除宫颈上皮内瘤变具有操作简单、安全等优势，易取得患者认同，值得临床推广应用。
