急性中毒规范化救治的研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨急性中毒患者的规范化急救方法及疗效。方法 笔者所在医院2010年2月~2011年5月急诊治疗76例急性中毒患者，所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各38例，观察组采用急性中毒规范化治疗方法进行急救，对照组采用常规的治疗方法进行急救，并对两组疗效进行评估。结果 经治疗，观察组患者的死亡率、中毒反跳率等明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 急性中毒患者给予规范化急救措施可明显提高患者救治的成功率，值得临床推广应用。
