喹硫平治疗患者酒精依赖原理的探讨(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨喹硫平用于减轻患者酒精依赖的原理。方法 将74例酒依赖患者随机分为喹硫平组(37例)和对照组(37例)，分别于治疗前及治疗后3、6、12个月，采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、个人与社会功能量表(PSP)、治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)作为评定指标。结果 对酒精依赖患者选用小剂量的喹硫平，能减少患者对酒精的依赖，降低复饮率。结论 喹硫平对酒依赖患者治疗有效的原理可能与DA、谷氨酸、GABA系统相关。
