输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石所致尿闭
【摘要】 目的 探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石(ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,USPL)治疗输尿管结石所致急性尿闭的疗效、安全性和可行性。方法 回顾性分析14例20侧输尿管结石所致尿闭行急诊USPL治疗患者的临床资料。结果 各病例USPL均成功，并放置D-J管作内引流，4例术后有淡红色血尿，3例出现感染，无尿瘘等并发症发生。结论 输尿管结石所致尿闭，急诊行USPL，安全可行、有效。【关键词】 输尿管镜； 气压弹道碎石； 输尿管结石； 尿闭

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility,safety and effectiveness of USPL in treatment of acute anuria caused by ureter calculi.Methods 14 cases(20 sides) of anuria caused by ureter calculi treated with USPL were studied retrospectively.Results The success rate of USPL and insertion of D-J stent was 100%.4 cases had pink urine,3 cases were infected after operation,no other complications were observed.Conclusion Emergency treatment of acute anuria caused by ureter calculi with USPL was safe, effective and feasible. ......
