【摘要】 目的 观察通心络治疗PCI术后心绞痛的疗效。 方法 将102例PCI术后心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组给予常规药物治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服通心络，治疗时间6个月，观察治疗前后心绞痛发作频率、心绞痛发作持续时间、左室射血分数(LVEF)及6 min步行试验。另外记录患者服用通心络后的不良反应。 结果 治疗组治疗6个月后心绞痛疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.01)，心绞痛发作频率、发作持续时间少于对照组(P<0.01)，LVEF、6 min步行试验显著优于对照组(P<0.05)，且服用通心络后未见明显不良反应。 结论 通心络治疗PCI术后心绞痛能显著缓解心绞痛的发生，改善患者心功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe curative effect of Tongxinluo in treatment of angina after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) operation. Methods 102 patients were randomly distributed treatment group and control group,it is used by common medicine treatment in control group,but it is used by Tongxinluo drug based on common medicine treatment in treatment group,it is 6 monthes about survey time,it is observe indicator such as angina frequent duration time left ejection fraction (LVEF) and 6 minute walk test,and record side effct about tongxinluo drug ......
