输血前用药预防输血不良反应的效果

【摘要】 目的 探讨输血前静脉推注地塞米松对预防发热、过敏反应的效果。方法 选取笔者所在医院2009年1月～2011年1月接受相同输血总量及成分的患者300例，分为对照组168例与观察组132例，比较两组发热、过敏反应发生率。结果 观察组发热反应5例，过敏反应8例，对照组发热反应6例，过敏反应10例，两组发热、过敏反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 输血前静脉注射地塞米松对预防输血发热、过敏反应无明显效果。
