青少年注射性臀肌挛缩松解围手术期护理(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨青少年注射性臀肌挛缩松解围手术期护理方法，以提高手术成功率。方法 回顾笔者所在医院132例青少年注射性臀肌挛缩松解术后患者的恢复情况,总结护理方法。结果 132例患者经过手术松解和及时的围手术期护理，恢复优良率达97%。结论 术前心理护理、健康教育，术后正确的康复训练是臀肌挛缩松解手术成功的关键。【关键词】 青少年； 臀肌挛缩； 护理； 功能锻炼

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the method of perioperative care of relaxation surgery for juvenile with injected gluteal contracture.Methods The recovery condition of 132 juveniles with injected gluteal contracture after the relaxation surgery in the authors hospital was reviewed retrospectively.To summarise the nursing methods.Results The excellent and good rate of 132 cases was 97% after the relaxation surgery and timely perioperative nursing care.Conclusion The combined measures of strengthening preoperative psychological care,healthy education and proper postoperative functional training was the key to the successful relaxation surgery of gluteal contracture. ......
