多个皮肤软组织扩张器治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发疗效分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨同时埋置多个皮肤软组织扩张器(简称扩张器)治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发的效果。方法 大面积瘢痕性秃发患者同时采用多个扩张器置入进行扩张，扩张结束后皮瓣修复秃发区。结果 本组11例均消除瘢痕性秃发，术后头发生长良好，扩张后毛发较前略稀疏，但并不影响外观。结论 同时埋置多个扩张器是目前治疗大面积瘢痕性秃发的理想方法。【关键词】 瘢痕性秃发； 扩张器； 修复
