【摘要】 目的 分析物理治疗联合药物治疗对输卵管性不孕症的疗效。方法 超短波治疗、超声波导入、中频治疗仪联合中药丹参、碘化钾溶液、糜蛋白酶治疗，12 d为一疗程，观察疗效及随访。结果 治愈率、有效率均高于单一的治疗方法；复发率低。结论 物理治疗联合药物治疗对输卵管性不孕症是一种易接受、无痛苦、无创伤又经济的治疗方法，适合在社区卫生服务中心开展，是值得推广的治疗方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the curative effects of physical therapy combined with drugs for the treatment of tubal infertility.Methods Ultrashort wave treatment, ultrasonic wave and, frequency treatment instrument combined traditional Chinese medicine, Salvia, potassium iodide solution, chymotrypsin treatment, 12 days for a course,the treatment effects were observed and followed-up.Results The results of the cure rate, effective rate was higher than a single treatment;while the recurrence rate was lower.Conclusion Physical therapy combined with drugs for the treatment of tubal infertility is easy to be accepted, no pain, non-invasive and economical ......
