【摘要】 目的 分析急症剖宫产在临床上居高不下的因素，以提高产科质量。方法 回顾性分析2008年8月～2010年8月笔者所在医院225例急症剖宫产的临床资料。结果 胎儿宫内窘迫是剖宫产首要原因。结论 剖宫产居高不下与社会及医务人员的主观因素有关，降低剖宫产率需社会的关注及支持。提高医务人员责任感、知识、技能，规范管理制度，才能降低剖宫产率，减少并发症，保证产科质量。
