【摘要】 目的 观察不育患者中支原体感染对常规精液分析参数和精子细胞膜渗透性的影响。方法 374例男性不育患者根据精液支原体培养结果分为阳性和阴性两组，比较两组精液参数。结果 两组间常规精液参数无差异。结论 不育男性生殖道支原体感染可能对常规精液分析参数没有明显的影响。

【Abstact】 Objective To observe the influence of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) infection on conventional semen in the infertility patients.Methods Uu culture of semen samples from 374 cases of infertile males were conducted，and routine semen were compared between Uu positive and negative groups.Results No significant difference of the semen parameters between the two groups was observed.Conclusion Uu infection in the male reproductive duct may not influences routine semen parameters.
