纤维支气管镜在急危重症治疗中的作用

【摘要】 目的 通过对急危重症患者在治疗中应用纤维支气管镜，分析其在临床中的作用及意义。方法 选择本院2010年1月～2011年1月所收治的急危重症患者380例，采用纤维支气管镜以及相关配套附件，纤维支气管镜从患者的鼻腔、口腔或者气管切开套管进入，按照常规观察患者病变部位的支气管情况并进行清洗，分析纤维支气管镜在急危重症治疗中的作用。结果 380例急危重症患者在临床中均成功应用纤维支气管镜导入。治疗后体温降低，白细胞、中性粒细胞降低至正常，胸片示病灶吸收好转，气道分泌物均明显减少，呼吸道症状均有改善。结论 纤维支气管镜在危急重症患者治疗中起着重要的作用，值得临床推广应用。
