全髋关节置换术和骨折内固定术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨全髋关节置换术和骨折内固定术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法 股骨颈骨折患者120例，随机分为全髋关节置换术组和骨折内固定术组，比较患者住院情况以及术后功能康复情况。结果 全髋关节置换术组患者功能恢复优良率明显高于骨折内固定组，术后下床功能锻炼时间明显早于骨折内固定组，而手术时间、功能评价和平均住院时间两组差异无显著性差异。结论 全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折可减低术后并发症发生率，缩短下地时间，值得临床普及推广。
