【摘要】 目的 探讨B-Lynch改良缝合法预防双胎妊娠剖宫产术后出血的临床效果。方法 对双胎妊娠手术152例采用前瞻性观察方法，随机分为观察组(B-Lynch改良缝合组)76例和对照组(常规处理组)76例，观察两组术中出血量、术后24 h出血量。结果 观察组术中、术后24 h出血量明显低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组产后出血、产褥病发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B-Lynch改良缝合法预防双胎妊娠剖宫产术后出血效果明显，值得临床推广。
