低场MRI对膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的诊断及分级价值

【摘要】 目的 探讨低场MRI对膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的诊断及分级价值。方法 回顾性分析87例内侧副韧带损伤患者MRI表现，与物理检查、骨科或关节镜手术作对照。结果 87例内侧副韧带损伤中，Ⅰ级损伤12例，Ⅱ级损伤64例，Ⅲ级损伤11例。低场MRI诊断内侧副韧带Ⅱ、Ⅲ级损伤与手术所见符合率分别为97%和100%。结论 低场MRI能准确判断内侧副韧带损伤的范围及程度，是内侧副韧带损伤的最佳检查方法。
