非常见原因导致干髓术治疗后疼痛的原因分析及处理对策

【摘要】 目的 预防和治疗非常见原因导致干髓术治疗后出现的疼痛。方法 对100例非常见原因导致的干髓术治疗后出现疼痛的患者行常规检查，找出疼痛原因，并进行相应的处理。结果 干髓术充填后数小时内出现剧烈自发痛的患者，若患牙无根髓炎症和根尖周病变，疼痛很快会自行消失；干髓术充填后出现冷热激发痛者，在去除根管口下部分根髓后再作根髓处理，疼痛会很快消失；对多根牙某一根管出现根尖周炎而导致干髓术后出现咬合痛时，作根管治疗后可消除咬合痛。结论 正确的治疗可以预防非常见原因导致干髓术治疗出现的疼痛。

【Abstract】 Objective To prevent and treat mummification of pulp after treatment of pain caused by uncommon reasons.Methods 100 patients with pain caused by uncommon reasons after mummification of the dental pulp were examined and treated with observation.Results To those whose teeth which inflammation in root pulp had been eliminated and with no pathology around the canal apices, the severe spontaneous pain would soon disappear naturally several hours after the mummification of the dental pulp. The pain motivated by cold or heat would soon disappear after the mummification of the dental pulp after the removal of a part of root pulp that beneath the canal orifices and root canal therapy. To those muhirooted teeth with a inflammatory canal, root canal therapy could eliminate the pain.Conclusion Correct treatments can prevent the pain caused by uncommon reasons after mummification of the dental pulp. ......
