质控规则造成全血质控中白细胞失控原因分析

【摘要】 目的 根据现行的质控规则，找出仪器分析白细胞部分质控失控的原因。方法 全血质品在本科仪器上按要求进行常规测定并计算均值和标准差。结果 按Levey-Jennings质控图法和Westhard多规则法规定，质控出现了失控，其问题在实际工作中又不能得到解决。结论 现行的质控规则要求没有与仪器精密度和电子信息技术相结合，造成了仪器分析中的质控假性失控，规则需要调整。
