【摘要】 目的：探讨笔者所在医院消化内镜室存在的危险因素，提出持续改进具体措施。方法：抽样监测消化道窥镜清洗结果。结果：消化内镜室的工作经过规范程序化管理，清洗消毒监测合格率达100%。结论：从环境设施、人员培训、清洗消毒等各方面消除危险因素，采取一系列措施，杜绝感染，为患者提供安全、优质的服务。
