酒精对雄性大鼠性激素\精浆果糖\精浆锌的影响(1)

     【摘要】目的:研究酒精对雄性大鼠性激素(睾酮、卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素)、精浆生化(果糖、锌)的影响。方法:40只健康雄性成年SD大鼠随机分为四组,各组每日分别给予酒精0 g/kg、2.7 g/kg、4.5 g/kg、7.5 g/kg灌胃,连续13周。测定各组大鼠精浆果糖、精浆锌,血清T、LH、FSH含量。结果:各酒精组T、FSH、LH水平均低于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);各酒精组精浆果糖、精浆锌水平均低于正常对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:酒精可导致雄性大鼠生殖内分泌系统损害,抑制雄性大鼠附属性腺的分泌。

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect ofalcohol consumption on the sex hormones testosterone(T),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and seminal plasma biochemical(fructose,zinc)of male rats.Methods:40 healthySprague-Dawley adult male rats were randomly divided into four groups.Different doses of alcohol(0 g/kg,2 g/kg.7 g/kg,4 g/kg.5 g/kg,7.5 g/kg) were administrated to the rats for 13 weeks by agastric tube.Seminal plasma biochemical(fructose、zinc)and the serum sexual hormones(T,LH,FSH)were determined.Results:Compared with control group,Serum T and LH、FSH levels of each alcohol in treated group are below normal control group,and there were significant differences between them(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Pure berries sugar content and seminal plasma zinc content of each alcohol in treated group are below normal control group,and there were significant differences between them(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Alcohol can lead to damage of reproductive endocrine system in male rats.Alcohol can restrain accessory glands secrete of the male rats.

    在中华民族的历史长河中,酒及酒文化一直占据着重要地位,素有无酒不成席之说。过度饮酒对身体的危害很大,特别是对男性不育方面。从遗传学角度分析,酒精对人体生殖细胞的损伤,是导致出生缺陷的重要原因之一[1-2]。有关男性生殖的状况和研究是近十多年来男性学研究的热门话题。研究表明,人类的生殖功能正逐渐退化,在过去五十年内,人类精液质量下降了近一半,将来不育症的发生率可能高于目前文献报道的12%~15%,甚至达到30%以上[3] ......
