【摘要】目的：探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者围术期的护理方法。方法：回顾性分析、总结50例老年股骨颈骨折患者的护理资料。结果：本组出院后随访20~26个月，其功能恢复情况优42例，良5例，可2例，差1例，优良率94%。结论：对老年股骨颈骨折患者给予充分的术前准备、细心的术后护理以及良好的功能锻炼指导，可减少

    并发症的发生，促进早期康复，获得良好预后。
