【摘要】目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Livin和Survivin在尖锐湿疣(CA)组织中的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测Livin和Survivin蛋白在56例CA组织和18例正常上皮组织中的表达。结果:尖锐湿疣组织中Livin和Survivin蛋白阳性表达率分别为82.14%(46/56)、85.71%(48/56),正常人对照组分别为22.22%(4/18)、38.89%(7/18);尖锐湿疣组织中Livin和Survivin蛋白阳性表达强度多为(++)~(+++),正常对照组多为(-)~(++)。两组Livin和Survivin阳性表达率及表达强度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尖锐湿疣组织中Livin和Survivin表达呈负相关(r=-0.634,P<0.01)。结论:尖锐湿疣组织中存在Livin和Survivin过表达,Livin和Survivin的过表达可能对尖锐湿疣的发生发展有一定作用。

【Abstract】Objective:To explore expression and significance of Livin and Survivin protein in keratinocytes of condyloma acuminatum(CA), and their roles.Methods:The expressions of Livin and Survivin were analyzed by immunocytochemical stainwithstreptavidin.Pemxidase (SP)in tissue specimens from the lesions of 56 patients with CA and foreskin of 18 normal human controls.Results:The detection rates of Livin and Survivin were 82.14%(46/56) and 85.71%(48/56) in CA lesions,respectively,compared to 22.22%(4/18) and 38.89%(7/18) in the controls,respectively.The expressions of Livin and Survivin varied from positive (++) to strongly positive (+++) in CA lesions,and from negative(-) to positive(++) in the controls(both P<0.05).There is negative correlation between the expression of Livin and Survivin in CA lesions(r =-0.634,P<0.01).Conclusion:There is an overexpression of Livin and Survivin in CA tissue.which may be involved in the occurrence and development of CA.

尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)是发病率排名第二的性传播疾病,临床上CA增生快,治疗后常易复发。虽是一种良性增生性疾病,但部分可发展为巨大CA(又称Buschke-loewenstein肿瘤),且有潜在癌变的可能性,这可能与CA组织中存在凋亡相关基因的异常表达有关。Survivin和Livin是近年发现的两种IAPs家族蛋白成员,均选择性表达于肿瘤细胞,在多数正常组织中低表达或不表达,且两者虽具有相似的抑制凋亡功能,但具有不同的转录途径和功能。笔者应用免疫组化SP法检测56例CA组织和18例正常包皮组织中凋亡抑制蛋白Livin和Survivin的表达,并探讨两者在CA发展中的可能作用及相关性。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料收集本院皮肤性病科门诊56例CA患者的外阴皮损组织标本,其中男32例,女24例;年龄18~68岁,平均36 ......
