【摘要】目的：分析中西医结合治疗骨科切口感染的疗效。方法：对108例骨科切口感染的患者按照其临床治疗资料分为对照组和试验组。试验组采取中西医结合治疗方法，对照组采取单纯西医治疗方法。观察两组治疗效果。结果：感染治愈时间，试验组优16例(23.53%)，合格43例(63.24%)，差9例(13.23%)，总有效率86.77%；对照组优3例(7.50%)，合格17例(42.50%)，差20例(50.00%)，总有效率50.00%。结论：中西医结合治疗骨科切口疗效确切、副作用小、患者承受的痛苦小，可在临床上推广应用。

【Abstract】Objective:To analysis the efficacy of integration of Traditional and Western Medicine in treatment of 68 cases of orthopedic surgery incision infection.Methods:108 cases of patients with orthopedic surgery incision infection were divided into control and experimental groups.The experimental group took treatment of integration of Traditional and Western Medicine，control group took treatment of western medicine.The effect of the two groups were observed.Results:The cure time of infection in experimental group was excellent in 16 cases (23.53%)，qualified in 43 cases (63.24%) and poor in 9 cases (13.23%)，total effective rate was 86.77%.The cure time for the control group was excellent in 3 cases (7.50%)，qualified in 17 cases (42.50%) and poor in 20 cases (50.00%)， total effective rate was 50.00%.Conclusion:The efficacy of integration of Traditional and Western Medicine in treatment of orthopedic surgery incision infection is promising with little side-effect and pain，it is worthy of clinical application.

感染是指病原体侵入人体并在体内(包括胃肠道)繁殖的病理现象。感染后可引起组织损伤，导致不同的临床现象[1]。骨科切口感染是外科手术治疗过程中常见的并发症之一，发病率高达9.65%~17.65%。近年来，由于大量抗生素的经验性治疗，频繁的侵入性医疗操作，耐药细菌的传播，使得患者自身的免疫功能低下，骨科切口感染的发病率呈上升趋势。另外，患者自身的肥胖、不良的饮食卫生习惯、手术切口的清洁不到位都是引发感染的原因。本文就骨科切口感染的中西医结合治疗疗效进行探讨分析。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料对108例骨科切口感染的患者按照其临床治疗资料分为对照组(40例)和试验组(68例)。所有患者均确诊，符合1992年由美国感染控制与流行病学专业协会(APIC)、美国医院流行病学学会(SHEA)和外科感染协会组成的联合小组修正的“手术切口感染”的定义 ......
