由于本文为回顾性研究，在两组的病例选择中，不能很好地随机分组，存在选择偏倚，一定程度上影响了对观察结果的评估，有待于循证医学的进一步研究。
闭合复位斯氏针固定在Sanders IV型跟骨骨折治疗中综合疗效评价优于切开复位钢板内固定。对设备要求简单，费用低廉，值得推广应用。
