【摘要】目的：探讨兔颈动脉球囊损伤动物模型的构建改良。方法：65只兔子麻醉，切开颈部，分离组织颈动脉血管，颈动脉内插入球囊，球囊内注入空气，球囊扩张来回抽动3次，缝合皮肤，青霉素抗感染。结果：65只兔子在造模过程中死亡6只，死亡率9.23%。感染5只，感染率7.69%。死亡原因为麻醉过量、出血过多。结论：在条件简易的情况下，开展兔颈动脉球囊损伤动物模型的构建是可行的、有效的。
