【摘要】 目的:通过建立面肌痉挛动物模型来研究面肌痉挛面神经的组织学变化和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)值的变化,为临床治疗面肌痉挛提供理论支持。方法:将18只成年兔随机分为正常对照组与4周模型组和6周模型组,对模型组成年兔于左侧颞外面神经主干施以人工压迫建立面肌痉挛模型,分别于4周和6周后取材。通过观察显微结构及相应的组织学变化,比较正常对照组和4周模型组及6周模型组之间的组织学差异。在取材前抽取3~5 ml血液离心分离血清做SOD检测。结果:模型组与正常对照组比较观察发现面神经有脱髓鞘等多种组织变化。4周模型组较正常对照组,SOD明显降低(P<0.05),6周模型组较4周模型组,SOD明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:面肌痉挛正常对照组与4周模型组及6周模型组之间有明显的组织学变化,SOD的检测显示机体自身SOD检测值有明显的变化。

【Abstract】 Objective:Through the establishment of hemifacial spasm animal model to study the hemifacial spasm facial nerve histological changes and superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) value changes, for the treatment of hemifacial spasm with theoretical support.Methods:In 18 adult rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model group and 4 weeks and 6 weeks in model group, the model composed of rabbits in the left temporal outside nerve trunk with manual compression in hemifacial spasm model establishment,respectively in 4 and 6 weeks after drawing. By observing the microscopic structure and the corresponding histological changes, compared to the normal control group and model group of 4 weeks and 6 weeks between the histological differences in model group. In 3 ~5 ml were taken before centrifugal separation of the blood serum SOD detection.Results:Model group and normal control group comparison observation of facial nerve demyelination and other tissue changed. 4 weeks of model group than in the normal control group, SOD decreased significantly ( P<0.05), model group 4 weeks 6 weeks compared with the model group, SOD was significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemifacial spasm normal control group and model group of 4 weeks and 6 weeks of model group are evident between the histological changes, SOD detection and display the body’s own SOD detection value has obvious changes.
