【摘要】 目的：探讨经阴道超声检查在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析56例异位妊娠患者的超声、手术和病理资料。结果：经阴道超声诊断正确52例，符合率为92.9%。结论：经阴道超声分辨率高，图像显示清晰，操作简单，对异位妊娠的检出率非常高，在异位妊娠的诊断中具有较高的实用价值。
