【摘要】 目的：探讨胫骨Pilon骨折的手术方法、手术时机及其效果。方法：2009年7月-2011年10月笔者所在医院骨科收治Pilon骨折32例，其中Ruedi-AllgowerⅡ型21例，Ⅲ型11例，均行解剖钢板螺钉治疗，术后平均随访10个月。结果： 经解剖钢板螺钉治疗，28例(87.5%)踝关节面获得完全解剖复位，依照Mazur评分，优17例，良好11例，优良率87.5%。结论：掌握手术时机，采用解剖钢板螺钉治疗Pilon骨折具有可以获得良好疗效。
