【摘要】 目的：通过对腹腔镜妇科手术的观察，探讨妇产科患者腹腔镜术后的护理措施，预防并发症的发生。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2009年1月-12月间收治的经腹腔镜手术治疗182例患者的临床资料及其相应的护理措施。结果：182例患者均在术后3~5 d痊愈出院，无近期并发症。结论：积极有效的护理措施可预防术后并发症的发生，使患者早日康复。
