[摘要] 目的：探讨纤维喉镜下低温等离子射频治疗声带小结的疗效。方法：在表麻纤维喉镜下行低温等离子射频治疗声带小结200例，并随访6个月以上。结果：200例临床观察中，治愈率72.4%，好转率23.4%，总有效率95.8%，复发率4.2%。结论：纤维喉镜下低温等离子射频治疗声带小结具有治愈率高、安全可靠、患者痛苦小等优点，是经济实用的门诊手术。
