【摘要】 目的：探讨新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的诊治方法。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在科2008年1月-2011年6月收治的30例新生儿化脓性脑膜炎的临床资料。结果：无死亡病例，其中1例自动出院(占3.3%)，6例好转(占20.0%)，23例痊愈(占76.7%)，合计30例。结论：新生儿化脓性脑膜炎临床症状体征无特异性，脑脊液改变不典型，一旦新生儿化脓性脑膜炎确诊，立即选用有效抗菌药物治疗。
