【摘要】 目的：探讨腹部术后功能性胃排空障碍的病因、发生机制、临床诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析笔者医院普通外科20例腹部术后胃排空障碍患者的临床资料。结果：20例患者经保守治疗后恢复胃动力，痊愈出院。结论：腹部术后功能性胃排空障碍的病因是多因素的，早期发现、明确诊断是关键，采取非手术疗法可治愈本病。

    【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the causes，mechanism，clinical diagnosis and therapy of functional delayed gastric emptying.Methods:The data of 20 patients with functional delayed gastric emptying was analyzed retrospectively in our hospital.Results:All of the patients were recovered and discharged with gastric motility returned under conservative treatment.Conclusion:The causes of the functional delayed gastric emptying are multiple.It is important to observe and diagnose early.The abnormality can usually be cured by non-operative treatment.
