喉罩通气全麻在老年人上肢骨折手术中的应用(1)

     【摘要】目的：总结喉罩通气全麻在老年人上肢骨折手术中的应用疗效。方法：采用喉罩通气全麻治疗40例上肢骨折手术老年患者。结果：40例患者中，一次性置入喉罩36例成功，4例置入喉罩失败。结论：对老年患者行上肢骨折内固定手术应以喉罩通气全麻为首选。
