【摘要】 在当前患者自我保护意识不断提高、医患关系亟待进一步改善的情况下，医疗机构开展伦理查房，对提高医护人员的伦理素养、密切医患关系、全面提升医院的整体水平有着重要的现实意义。本文对山东中医药大学第二附属医院伦理查房的组织、形式和内容以及在促进医患和谐、营造良好的“伦理环境”中的作用进行了介绍。
