【摘要】目的：探讨磁性附着体与冠外附着体联合应用的临床效果。方法：收集2009年4月-2011年多数牙缺失孤立牙患者20例，制作磁性附着体27件，冠外附着体20件，随访3年，询问患者对义齿的主观感受，咀嚼效率，义齿固位及稳定性，摄X线纯全景片，了解义齿、基牙和牙周情况。结果：患者普遍认为义齿适应、美观、固位、稳定性较好、咀嚼效能较高，复查X线全景片示联合应用后各基牙牙周膜正常，牙槽骨无明显吸收。结论：合理使用磁性附着体与冠外附着体联合应用能达到最高的咀嚼效能和对基牙健康的维护。
