腹腔镜手术在老年胃溃疡穿孔患者中的应用价值研究

【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜手术在老年胃溃疡穿孔患者中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2005年10月-2011年10月采用腹腔镜手术治疗的老年胃溃疡穿孔86例患者的临床资料，并选取同期86例老年胃溃疡穿孔行开放手术治疗患者作为对照，比较两组手术时间、术后住院时间、并发症、治疗费用方面的差异，综合评价腹腔镜手术在老年胃溃疡穿孔患者中的应用价值。结果：腹腔镜组患者的手术时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症以及治疗费用均较开放手术组患者有明显优势，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年胃溃疡穿孔患者免疫力降低、耐受手术能力差，采用腹腔镜手术治疗，能最大限度减轻手术对老年患者机体的损害，缩短术后恢复时间，腹腔镜手术用于治疗老年胃溃疡穿孔具有较高的临床价值。
