【摘要】 目的：将创新优化流程护理应用于基层医院外科护理质量管理中，探讨提高外科护理质量的创新护理模式。方法：将创新优化流程护理制度应用于基层医院外科护理，调查统计70例护理质量及患者满意度，并与应用创新优化流程护理制度前的70例患者资料进行统计分析比较。结果：应用创新优化流程护理制度后护理服务质量及患者满意度比应用前均有改善，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：创新优化流程护理制度有助于提升基层医院外科护理服务质量的整体水平。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and explore an innovative optimized model after implementing the Innovative Process-Optimized Care in the surgical care quality management in primary hospital.Method：70 cases given Innovative Process-Optimized Care and 70 cases without given that were collected in the surgery department of primary hospital ， and the quality of care and patient satisfaction were analyzed in statistics.Result：The quality of care and patient satisfaction after given the Innovative Process-Optimized Care were better than those without given the care， and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion：The Innovative Process-Optimized Care system can help to improve the overall quality of surgical care services in primary hospitals.

在基层医院，合同护士较多，流动性大，护理队伍不稳定，给本院护理管理带来一定的难度。针对护理工作繁重和琐碎，部分工作缺乏科学有序的管理。而创新优化流程护理对于基层医院护理方面的必要性，体现在能提高护士工作效率，保证护理质量，减少医疗护理缺陷的发生，提高患者的满意度[1]。
创新优化流程护理是指通过调动全科人员的积极性，结合科室实际制订和完善实施方案，从护理工作模式、护理服务流程、护理文书书写、护士绩效考核等方面，优化护理服务流程，强化护理管理职能，提高护理服务质量和护士综合素质，以最终提升患者的满意度的创新护理模式。
