【摘要】 目的：探讨健康教育对脑梗死患者复发率的影响。方法：收集2009年1月-2010年1月在本院住院的脑梗死患者158例，随机分为对照组(A组)79例和观察组(B组)79例，B组针对脑梗死的危险因素进行全面系统的健康教育，随访1年后，观察两组脑梗死的复发率。结果：观察组在随访1年后的脑梗死复发率明显低于对照组。结论：健康教育对于脑梗死患者复发有着重要的影响，可提高脑梗死患者的生活质量。

【Abstract】 Objective： To investigate the impact of health education on relapse rate in patients with cerebral infarction . Method：The collection of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010，158 cases were randomly divided into control group ( group A ) and the observation group ( group B ) ， 79 cases，B group for cerebral infarction risk factors， a comprehensive system of health education， follow-up 1 year after cerebral infarction recurrence rate observed in both groups . Result：The observation group were followed up for 1 year after cerebral infarction recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion : Health education for patients with cerebral infarction recurrence has an important impact ， can improve the quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction .
