【摘要】目的：分析彩超检测甲状腺高功能性腺瘤的诊断效果，判断其价值。方法：对已确认患有甲状腺高功能性腺瘤的患者进行彩超的检测，并且对高功能性腺瘤内动脉分支的心率乘积与峰速(PBVH)进行测量和计算，同时与非高能性的甲状腺腺瘤组相比较。结果：高功能性腺瘤的PBVH所测算出的结果远远高于非高能性的甲状腺腺瘤组(P<0.05)。结论：PBVH对于高功能性腺瘤的前期发现以及诊断有很好的效果，因此适合在平时对相关患者进行临床检验时使用此方法；不过其缺点就是容易受到许多外界因素的干扰，所以应当综合考虑使用条件。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the use of color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid adenomas high functional value and feasibility of the method.Method:The nuclear medicine and surgical pathology related to high functionality on thyroid adenoma，10 cases had color Doppler ultrasound，and measured and calculated high-functional adenomas of the peak velocity within the artery and heart rate product(PBVH)，while the control group with thyroid adenoma.Result:High functional thyroid adenoma group was significantly higher than PBVH measured thyroid adenoma group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBVH high functional diagnosis of thyroid adenomas have a higher accuracy in the clinical application； but will be subject to certain objective factors，so the test should be preceded by exclusion related to objective factors.In addition， the case in this article due to the limited sampling，and thus need to expand the total sample，in order to ensure the accuracy of the study and the results of the research process and continue to keep improving and increasing.
