复方甘草酸苷联合强的松治疗特发性肺纤维化的疗效(1)

【摘要】 目的：观察复方甘草酸苷联合强的松治疗特发性肺纤维化的疗效。方法：将41例特发性肺纤维化患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组口服强的松，治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方甘草酸苷，治疗3个月后比较两组血气分析、肺功能、胸部CT和总体疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率71.4%，高于对照组的50.0%(P<0.05)。治疗组在改善血气分析、肺功能方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，两组胸部CT均有改善，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：复方甘草酸苷联合强的松治疗特发性肺纤维化疗效优于单用强的松。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Compound glycyrrhizin combined with prednisone on patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Method：41 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group，the control group was treated with prednisone and the treatment group was treated with Compound glycyrrhizin on the basis of above treatment.Blood—gas analysis， pulmonary function tests，chest CT and total effective rates were compared between pretreatment and post treatment after three months.Result：The total effective rates were 71.4% in treatment group and 50.0% in control group (P<0.05). The treatment group had better effect on improvement of blood—gas analysis and pulmonary function tests than the control group(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the two groups on chest CT.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of Compound glycyrrhizin combined with prednisone was better than that of prednisone alone on patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
