【摘要】 目的：分析广东省中医院151例重复癌的临床情况。方法：对广东省中医院2004—2011年间收治的151例重复癌患者进行回顾性分析。结果：发病男女比例基本一致；重复癌间隔时间最长达29.5年，其中同时性重复癌27例(17.8%)，异时性重复癌124例(82.2%)；异时性重复癌发病主要在第2～5年间。中位生存期为17个月，3年生存率为37.7%，5年生存率为8.8%。手术治疗对延长生存时间有益；气虚体质是影响生存期的不良因素。结论：需提高重复癌的诊断意识，手术治疗应为重复癌的首选治疗方案，注重调理气机、固护脾胃对防治重复癌有益。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyse the characteristics and relationships of 151 patients from Guangdong Hospital of TCM who with MPMT.Method：151 cases with MPMT chose from May 2004 to May 2011 were retrospective analyzed.Result：Incidences of male and female were similar. The longest interval between primary tumors and MPMT was 29.5 years.Among them，synchronous carcinoma appeared on 27 patients(17.8%)，and metachronous carcinoma appeared on the others patients(82.2%).In metachronous carcinoma，MPMT mainly appeared in the 2nd years to 5th years.The median survival time was 17 months，3—year survival rate was 37.7%，and 5—year survival rate was 8.8%.Surgery was benefit to the overall survival time；Qi deficiency was harmful to the overall survival time.Conclusion：It need to improve consciousness of the diagnosis of MPMT.Surgery should be the first choice for patients with MPMT.Regulate Qi and spleen would be benefit to patients with MPMT.

重复癌(multiple primary malignant tumors MPMT)是指同一患者单个或多个器官同时或先后出现两个或两个以上的原发恶性肿瘤。近年来，随着人们平均寿命的延长、医学检验技术的发展、生活环境的污染、医学技术的提高以及患者的总生存期不同程度的延长，重复癌的报道较前明显增多。为更好的了解重复癌的临床特点、病因、治疗方法等基本资料，本研究回顾性分析了广东省中医院2004年5月—2011年5月7年间收治的151例重复癌患者资料，现报道如下。
