【摘要】 随着医学模式的转型，生活质量的提高，人们对卫生服务的需求已不再局限于疾病的治疗，在社区中实施预防与健康保健更多地受到关注。笔者发现，在社区卫生服务日趋成熟的今天，沟通技巧起到了功不可没的作用。通过运用沟通交流的技巧，建立良好的人际关系，获得全面、有价值的信息，才能制定出完善的社区卫生服务机制，最终达到满足社区人群恢复健康或保健需求。
