氟康唑联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗复发性外阴阴道假性酵母菌病疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的：观察氟康唑联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗复发性外阴阴道假性酵母菌病的疗效。方法：120例复发性外阴阴道假性酵母菌病患者随机分为三组各40例。治疗组给予氟康唑联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗。硝呋太尔组给予硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗。氟康唑组给予氟康唑口服治疗。三组均用3个疗程。比较三组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组的总有效率明显高于二个对照组的总有效率，复发率明显低于二个对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：氟康唑联合硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗复发性外阴阴道假性酵母菌病疗效确切，副反应小，复发率低，适合基层医院推广和应用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Fluconazole combined with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules on patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis.Method：120 cases of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis were divided randomly into three groups each one had 40 cases. The treatment group took Fluconazole combined with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules，The Nifuratel group(Control group 1) took Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules，The Fluconazole group(Control group 2)took Fluconazole .The effects after three courses were observed.Result：The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the two control groups， the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than the two control groups (P<0.05).Conclusions：Fluconazole combined with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules of treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis is effective，small side effects，low recurrence rate， and suitable for promotion and application of the primary hospital.
