【摘要】 目的:观察常规封闭式负压引流技术(VSD)与改良VSD治疗手足外科难愈性伤口的临床疗效。方法:70例手足外科难愈性伤口患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组采用改良VSD治疗,对照组采用常规VSD治疗,观察两组临床疗效和上皮化时间、愈合时间、引流液细菌培养阳性率、引流管堵塞率、创面愈合率差异。结果:治疗组总有效率91.18%,对照组总有效率71.43%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组上皮化时间、愈合时间较对照组明显提高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而引流液细菌培养阳性率、引流管堵塞率较对照组降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:改良VSD较常规VSD治疗手足外科难愈性伤口疗效确切,且能缓解VSD治疗期间存在的堵塞问题,值得临床推广应用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical research of conventional Vacuum Sealing Drainage(VSD) and Improved VSD on treating refractory wounds of the hand and foot surgery. Method: 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases) and control group(35 cases). The treatment group was treated by improved VSD, while the control group was treated by conventional VSD. The efficacy and the difference of epithelialization time, healing time, wound healing rate, the fluid drainage bacterial culture positive rate, drainage tube blockage rate, and wound healing rate of the two groups were observed. Result: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.18%, the control group was 71.43%, the two groups in clinical curative effect had significant difference(P<0.05). The epithelialization time, healing time, were reduced in treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05), while the drainage liquid germiculture positive rate and drainage tube plugging rate of the treatment group were lower than those of control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion: The improved VSD has obvious effect on refractory wounds of the hand and foot surgery, which can alleviate the problem of clogging of the VSD during treatment, and it’s worthy of clinic application ......
