【摘要】 目的:评价子宫内膜电切术加曼月乐治疗围绝经期难治性功血的可行性。方法:2006年1月-2010年12月因围绝经期难治性功血行子宫内膜电切术病例27例为对照组。同期子宫内膜电切术加曼月乐宫腔内放置27例为观察组。观察疗效及术后的并发症并进行分析。结果:观察组所有病例子宫异常出血得到控制,对照组有子宫肌腺病,输卵管淤血综合征,功血复发,宫腔粘连,妊娠等并发症发生,需要反复治疗。结论:子宫内膜电切术加曼月乐宫腔放置在围绝经期难治性功血治疗中有独特实用价值,疗效优于单纯子宫内膜电切术。

【Abstract】 Objective:The objective of this study was to evaluate the acceptability and effectiveness of TCRE plus LNG-IUS for the therapy of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period.Method:Between January 2006 and December 2010,twenty-seven patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated with endometrial electricity resection and LNG-IUS.Meanwhile,the same number of patients only adopted endometrial electricity ablation were set as control.The results and side-effects of the combined method were recorded and analyzed after operation.Result:Metrorrhagia of all patients from the experimental group was under control while a lot of complication,such as adenomyosis,fallopian tube syndrome,uterine bleeding recurrence,intrauterine adhesions and pregnancy,has been observed in the control group and need further treatment.Conclusion:The endometrial ablation plus LNG-IUS for the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period has unique practical value and is better than by TCRE independently.
